Returns and Exchanges
Our ultimate goal is to please you, the customer, and offer you an enjoyable shopping experience with our mix of quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return it in its original condition within 30 days for an exchange or refund of the merchandise value. (We cannot accept returns of monogrammed , or special-discounted ordered items unless we were at fault). Upon return of the merchandise we will reimburse you for the full merchandise value only. We will refund shipping and handling charges only if the error was ours. Your reimbursement will be made in one of these forms: • Replacement or Exchange • Merchandise Certificate • Refund Check (only if the order was paid for by cash) • Credit (only to the original credit/debit card used) Returns via Air are held 30 days pending confirmation of payment of air charges by the customer |
